The cancellation of orders is hassle-free on our platform. You can find the option to cancel your orders by clicking on “View details” in My Orders. If you are dissatisfied with the products received, then you can raise a complaint against the product. The customer support wing backs-up the customer immediately with all the attention they require. The return procedure is initiated and the return is processed. But in the case of perishable products the complaint has to be raised within 24 hours of delivery and the same for non-perishable products is 48 hours of delivery
