Muscular pain:- muscular pain in neck, shoulder, upper back, knee joint, lower back and feet, put few drops of subzam in any massage oil and gently massage the affected are for five to ten minutes.

Menstrual pain:- painful menstruation mix two to three drops of subzam in one glass of luke warm water and drink. And also massage few drops of subzam on lower abdomen.

Head aches:- pread of drop of subzam on either side forehead and massage gently.
